Cambios temporales en el registro de alquiler a corto plazo

Si desea cambiar temporalmente el registro de su unidad, puede cancelarlo o volver a registrarlo utilizando el formulario a continuación. Temporary Changes to STR Registration

If you wish to change the registration of your unit temporarily, you can cancel your registration or register again using the form below. Under existing bylaws, an owner can cancel his registration at any time, but up to a maximum of two (2) times a year and when the Board of Directors authorizes additional changes under extraordinary or emergency circumstances.

• Please be aware that if your visitors are paying any fee or rent, it's considered a rental, and you must complete the Short-Term Rental (STR) form.

• By filling out this form, you're certifying that your visitors are not paying any fees or rent for their stay in your unit.
